Wize Studio is not a team in the conventional sense. It is an evolving network of thinkers, designers, researchers, practitioners, and collaborators who come together to work on what matters.
HOW WE ARE ORGANIZED
We are intentionally designed as a network, not a hierarchy — because the systems we work on are themselves networks.
Our structure has three interconnected circles:

A small, dedicated group who hold the strategic direction, design the studio’s practice, and guide long-term projects.
◆ THE STUDIO NETWORK
A wider circle of designers, researchers, facilitators, and domain experts who join specific projects, labs, and programs.
◆ THE ECOSYSTEM
Partners, collaborators, institutions, and communities who co-create with us over time.
Work flows fluidly across these circles. Projects are composed, not assigned. Roles emerge, not imposed.

Every Wize engagement blends four families of capability — mirroring our four layers of practice:
